Based out of Brooklyn, Low City premieres the video for their debut single, “Skyline.” The creation of producer Abe Seiferth and tunesmith Jeremy Turner, Low City is an ambitious project. Members of Dirty Projectors and the indie folk band Bon Iver, contribute to Low City and flesh out the groups sound. “Skyline” is a groove filled track, complete with a hypnotic baseline and alluring strings. The video, directed by Lance Ferguson, is a glance into a futuristic world filled with colors aglow and enigmatic scenes and landscapes.

Seiferth and Turner, combine their backgrounds in film scoring, electronic, and classical music to create a cinematic musical conception. Turner is a former cellist with the New York Metropolitan Opera and has also performed with bands such as Arcade Fire, Sufjan Stevens, and David Byrne. Seiferth has worked with RAC, Reggie Watts, Bear in Heaven and is currently working on the new Yeasayer album. “Skyline,” will be available to purchase on iTunes December 10 via Low City Music.
